The latest communications tools — Twitter and Tumblr and so on — need you to use to understand what it is and how it works.

Once someone gives it a catchy name, it will spread quickly. It’s called USP for unique selling proposition.

is equal to “You won’t love it before using it.”
and also “Failure in marketing.”
